We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Data Manager and Exams Officer. The person appointed will be accountable for the use of systems in raising standards and performance across whole school. You will advise and assist the SLT, Governors and Data Manager in target setting and detailed analysis of school performance. You would also be responsible for coordinating an effective examination system for internal and external exams across all year groups.

                                          Science Technician

Required for March 2012 (or earlier if possible) Salary: £dependant on experience

Term time only + 5 Days



We are seeking to recruit a Science Technician to organise, deliver and develop technical services to the Science Department, and support the teaching of a range of science subjects.

 

Duties will include maintenance, preparation and cleaning of equipment, preparing and setting up equipment for lessons and stock control of materials.

 The successful applicant will have a good standard of education and be able to plan and manage tasks efficiently.  You will also need to be able to communicate at all levels and work patiently with students aged 11 and over. 

 The person appointed must at all times work within the requirement of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, current Health and Safety legislation and the Academy’s policies and procedures.
