Message from the Governors

The East Manchester Academy offers pupils and the wider community such tremendous opportunities. Our first cohort of Year 7 pupils will be part of something new and exciting; pioneers setting the tone for the future. They will have an opportunity of a lifetime.

As the only cohort of pupils in the school, Year 7 can concentrate on learning and not have to worry about the traditional concerns of transferring to the secondary sector. Pupils will be known and cared for in a small, safe and secure environment.

We are determined to appoint a highly dedicated and hard-working team of staff who place great emphasis on providing a world class education for all our pupils and one that ensures that the individual needs of all pupils are catered for.

As we go forward, we will continue to give young people a rich and rewarding experience and pave the way for a positive future. Our pupils will be afforded an exceptional education, one that focuses on the values and skills needed to be global citizens.
